This ruby red, semi-dry cider was made with regional Elderberries and a blend of traditional dessert and cider apples. The tartness of the Elderberry is balanced with sweet Washington apples giving us a subtle sharpness, delicate mouth feel and a semi-dry finish. Aromas of fresh berry can be found on the nose. Packed with fiber, Vitamin A, B and C the Elderberry fruit has been used for generations as an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, pain reliever, digestive aid and immune system booster.
